Typically, you will buy credits when you need help from BusinessWebFactory to fix, change or modify your website.

How to Get Help...

  3. If your question is unusual or requires additional work to your site, our BusinessWebFactory Support Team will reply with an outline of the required work and a proposal for the number of credits required.
  4. If you agree to this proposal, you simply buy the required number of credits, and request when you would like the work to be done.

Maintenance Credits are units of development resource that can be allocated to perform any task within a reasonable time frame. One maintenance credit roughly equates to 15 minutes of developer time.
